Aspire Ventures was a start up company looking to renovate an existing bank building into a more open, collaborative space. While the client requested we utilize as much of the existing layout as possible, some areas were also gutted to allow for open ceilings and shared work areas. The finished space includes various conference rooms and private offices, open workstations, a presentation theater and open community kitchen with oversized kitchen island and break room style dining tables. Acoustical ceiling clouds were used in the open areas to assist with sound deadening and contrast with the newly exposed black painted ceiling.
