The America’s Auto Auction project involved the reuse of an existing pad site into a revitalized Auto Auction for automobile dealers in the tri-state area. The new metal building structure incorporates high, open ceilings with ‘Big Ass Fans’ and in floor heating. These design decisions were incorporated to efficiently heat and cool the spaces during both the hot summer months and cold winter while the overhead vehicle doors are constantly opening and closing on Auction Days. The building houses eight vehicle sales bays, corporate offices and a full cafeteria and kitchen space.
