The owner of Legacy Sports Bar and Grill had an existing restaurant in downtown Elizabethtown. He had purchased land to build a brand new restaurant which he would relocate to. Hex 9 Architects assisted in preliminary planning, site design, complete architectural and interior design of the new building. Due to unforeseen site conditions, the project became significantly over budget. Hex 9 Architects worked with the owner to value engineer elements of the building design in order to save cost. The restaurant includes a family friendly pizza parlor with take out counter and drive thru window, a full bar and restaurant dining area and an outdoor patio allowing various dining options for all patrons.
