Located at the corner of Route 30 and Fruitville Pike, the building owner wanted the RKL structure to stand out along the skyline. The four-story structure is one of the tallest in the area. The façade is comprised of tinted blue reflective glass and white split face concrete masonry. The tinted glass allows for interior spaces with sweeping skyline views, while maintaining privacy from the congested bypass below. Architecturally detailed to withstand the dirt and debris from the heavily traveled roads surrounding it, the building has maintained it’s clean aesthetic.
